Personally, those who know him describe him as “he used to do SEO while SEO wasn’t there yet.” With his interpretation of Google patents in a language that everyone can understand, his visionary perspective, and his pleasing personality, he made significant contributions to the lives of many SEO experts. But unfortunately, we lost him when he was just 61 years old.
Like every SEO expert, I was honored that Bill responded to and liked my tweets. It meant a lot to me. I learned and was inspired a lot by him. I go back and read blog posts these days, this must be immortality.
